1. Can you provide printing for both small and large quantities?

Yes, we can assist with small quantities starting with 1 and upwards of 90,000. This will vary depending on the print project you are processing.

2. What types of printing services do you offer (e.g. digital, offset, screen printing)?

Digital, Litho, DTF and Sublimation Printing.

3. What types of materials can you print on (e.g. paper, cardstock, fabric)?

Paper / Cardstock (80gsm to 450gsm) and fabric (tshirt, aprons and hoodies).

4. Do you offer design services or do I need to provide my own artwork?

Yes graphic design services are available on request and quoted based on project estimation.

our pricing ranges from £15.50 and up.

5. What is your turnaround time for printing orders?

General printing without finishing or special customisation (2 to 14 working days), printing that has any sort of finishing (7 to 14 working days) and printing with any bespoke customisation (project dependant).

6. Can I request samples or proofs before finalizing my order?

Yes, you will just pay a sample fee separate from your main order or it can be added in with your main order at a discounted price, as long as payment for the main order is processed with the sample.

7. Do you offer any special finishes or embellishments (e.g. foil stamping, embossing)?

Yes, we offer lamination (gloss, matt and soft touch), high-raised spot varnish (also knows as scodix), metallic foiling (gold or silver), round cornering and flood uv varnishing. Also available is the option to wiro bind, perfect bind and saddle stitch books.

(please note not all printing marketing can have certain finishings, please enquire)

8. What file formats do you accept for printing?

Preferably high res pdf files with images and text flattened and converted to curves.
But can also accept open format files in Illustrator, photoshop, indesign and corel draw, as well as high res jpeg
(300dpi to 600dpi), png, eps and svg. If you provide open format files, please ensure you supply the document with all text converted to curves or paths or alternatively supply a folder with font/s and if possible the images.

9. Is there a minimum order quantity for printing services?

On most print marketing no, but it is important to remember that pricing is based on units and if you order more the unit price reduces offering you better value for your money.

10. How do you handle shipping and delivery of printed materials?

All print marketing is checked and wrapped to ensure it is protected and packaged into boxes and securely taped before leaving the premises. Delivery services used are: Royal Mail and DPD. (please note we cannot be held reliable for the parcel handling once it has left our premises)

11. Do you offer Eco-Friendly & Recycled Printing?
Yes. As part of recycled printing service, MCGDS offers a fantastic range of eco-friendly print products to reduce environmental impact. Each product's materials are sustainably sourced, with a selection of recyclable and recycled fibres certified to FSC® standards.

12. What is your delivery cost?

All our print service quotes are inclusive of delivery. Delivery charges are worked out on weight. The flat rate charged for delivery is £6.99 and is adjusted on larger and heavier print material. We also base our delivery charge on urgency of delivery, which means any print marketing marked as priority will be sent on next day service which starts at £15.99.

Do you offer priority service?

Yes we can offer a priority service which will be charged at an additional fee, some print marketing unfortunately cannot be printed as priority as there are generally additional finishings required. )

(Please enquire or let us know before processing of orders of a specific deadline, so that we can check production time lines and priority services.)

What is your graphic design service turnaround time?

This is generally project dependant, but we aim for small projects such as business cards, flyers, folders, posters and banners at 1 to 2 days.

Do you offer your services over the weekend?

We can only assist on a Saturday with priority graphic design services, DTP setup for printing and typesetting. Print services are only available Monday to Friday.
